The best dress shirt
I love the feel of a heavy, blue, buttondown Oxford cloth shirt and I've been wearing them since college back in the 1960s.Land's End cotton is my dress shirt of choice.It's long wearing, hardly wrinkles, and has a modest price tag.I travel a lot to places that are less than luxurious and I need a durable dress shirt.This Oxford stands up to hotel laundries and soy sauce disasters, never seems to lose a button, and the blue ones I buy can make it through a very long day without showing wrinkles and dirt. The older they get the better they look and they last forever!

Land's End 100% cotton Hyde Park Shirt is a Classic
Like other reviewers, I love these shirts and have been buying them for years. Over 5 oz weight of cloth. Size selection can't be beat. White and pink are perfect hues whereas the blue is faded blue, somewhat muted and less formal color. While I prefer Lands End, Huntington also make a comparable shirt though with less size selection. From time to time, I see that Brooks Brothers carries a comparable shirt at a higher price.

I now notice that Lands End Hyde Park shirts are imported and not made in the US as they were years ago...so I will be checking to see if quality and fit is maintained. They've done a good job keeping the price down.

Wish they'd create a pinstripe version. The broad striped version offered is too broad/inappropriate for usual suit attire.

Great Shirt for Work and Play
I've been wearing the Lands End Hyde Park Oxfords for years. I really appreciate the extra heft to the shirt, and find that it looks great both with suit and tie, and for business casual. And once its been worn in for a few years, it makes a great weekend shirt.
