painful and awkward
I have painful memories of a pair I bought for some hostel traveling in the late 90s.I thought they'd keep clean and travel well.They were sooooo uncomfortable and difficult to walk in and they actually hurt the bottom of my foot.I can't believe they're still selling this model.

These shoes may be for posers, that means I must be a poser, but at least I am a very happy poser who doesn't need to criticise what shoes people wear to make myself different and rebelious. 2 kool for school!!!
Wow these shoes are so kool. People use to tease me at school because I couldn't figure out what shoes were kool. Week after week I would go shopping for new kool cloths so people would like me but I kept striking out like a loser. Then final the spirit of kool told me in my sleep "like everyone that's kool where converse". So the next day I awoke and ran to my nearest hot topic dropped a 100 bucks and got a pair. I was a little hesitant at first but before you know it everyone wanted to be my friend. They didn't care that I had no personality or lacked a sense of humor I was in the club.... now im an angry rebellious converse kid. If you dont own a pair you dont deserve to have friends, because you suck.
