comfortable and supportive
This belt was purchased for my third pregnancy.My midwife suggested a maternity belt because my abdominal muscles are not as strong as they used to be.She believed using one would help to avoid allowing the baby to malpresent.Since I was thinking of buying one anyway (I had a lot of back discomfort with my second child's final trimester) her urging was all I needed.
I am so very glad I got this belt.It is quite comfortable, and has really helped relieve my backache.The first two days made my back hurt more, as my muscles adjusted to having the support they needed.The difference in comfort level between this pregnancy and my previous two is remarkable.Also, since this baby was a partial transverse (laying sideways) AND a frank breech (legs folded up in front of it so the butt is presenting) before wearing the belt, I am convinced it did play a role in having the baby move into its present vertex (head down) presentation.
The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I have to remove it every time I use the "facilities".But that is a minor annoyance well made-up for by its benefits.

This is an awesome product.I'm carrying twins, so the load is unbelievable - my twins are at least 2 pounds each, not counting the placentas and amniotic fluid of each.I'm quite small (5' 2"), and it was such a relief to put this on.I felt like I was being gently hugged and my back no longer hurt.So why did I give it only 4 stars?Because the velcro near the front would rub against the sensitive skin of both my thighs, right at the crease.It hurt, but I just put a pair of my husband's socks to cushion it. Comfort in a French Style
I was most pleased when my underwear started to fall off me. Literally. You don't think that working out is going to have such dramatic effects, but when you drop a few sizes, suddenly you are running to the store to buy new undies. This is all a new experience for me because I've been the same size for years and years and now I'm suddenly buying sizes I bought in my early twenties.

I still remember my mother's face when I first bought "Jockey" undies for women because they have the signature Logo waistband. Anyway, I choose comfort when working out. You can't be worried about undies riding here and there and moving about. Stability is key. The 100% Combed Cotton and High Cut Leg style provide practicality with a sexy high-cut feel. Long lasting, durable AND comfortable!
I have memorized the model number of 4693 - a bra built for human females. The wide straps are awesome... they are tapered in such a way that they don't look like industrial strength suspenders, but they stay in place and don't flip over or cut grooves into your shoulders.

These bras do not have underwires - which means they don't get mangled in the washing machine or poke through. I have been buying this model number for almost 10 years now. Each bra has lasted me for almost 5 years with weekly washings in the washing machine and clothes dryer.

During their productive life span, they do not falter in support or comfort. I've never had a problem with hooks or eyes coming off the fasteners, or loose threads coming off after a wash.

Like any elastic garment, however, it will not last forever when you wash and dry all the time. Some people hand wash their bras and line dry them - I'm sure they would last much longer if I did this - but I just don't make the time to go through that effort.

The straps have a tiny amount of tapered padding that also helps in the comfort arena. When they call this an 18-hour bra, they are not kidding. I have had a number of situations at work where I have had to stay late - sometimes stay at work for a 24-hour shift now and then. When I've had to do this in the past w/ other bras, I thought I was going to drop dead from the fatigue and neck aches - but even after 20+hours with this Playtex 4693 18hr bra, I am barely aware that it's even there - because it does it's job without needing constant fiddling and re-adjusting.

Out Of This World.....
I originally started wearing Hanky Panky thong panties b/c my husband purchased some for me awhile back.Recently I stepped out of the box and ordered the low rise thong panty and again I'm thrilled.

I wear low rise jeans, shorts, etc and these low rise thong panties take the worry out of showing off my back side when I bend over or pick something up.I never feel as though I need to reach back to check to see if I'm giving a show or not!They're just as comfortable as the others -- the just ride lower on your hips.They're very sexy too!
