I bought this because I needed something for when its raining or windy but didn't want a lot of bulk, This works well because you can stuff the whole jacket into the pouch pocket and wear it on your belt with the beltloops.Very convenient and well priced.

Beautiful rabbit fur poncho
I just received the brown rabbit fur poncho.It was even better than I anticipated.I liked that the edging was all rabbit fur.I had ordered another similar poncho from a different company in blue.It was not nearly as nice as the one from Black Rivet.I got loads of compliments the first night I wore it with jeans and a brown sweater.Thanks again.

I got my poncho today and it's beautiful!It's soooo soft and the fur shines. It's not as thick as I thought it'd be, so it's more wearable and versitile than I thought it'd be, which is nice!I was worried that it would shed like a reviewer mentioned but it hasn't shed on me. I m VERY pleased with this poncho.On top of it all, the price is unbelievable and it makes me want to have one of each color!

I am an animal lover, too, and belong in 3 animal rights organizations, but I am not even going to address any animal issues because it just doesn't belong here.The average rating for this review is just ridiculous.I give it a full hearted 5 star!Don't let the negative reviews mislead you.If you are against wearing fur, you wouldn't even be looking at this item in the first place and surely don't need someone else to tell you to not wear fur.

Pink Rivet Women's Rabbit Fur Poncho molting
This fur poncho was very poorly made. Big fur blotches were missing, anytime you wore it the hair was flying everywhere you went, anytime you moved and the clothes underneath were covered in hair when you took it off. If you breathe one in it's like getting a hair ball caught in your throat, a safety hazzard for an asthmatic or person with allergies.

COMBING rabbits?
How many people would it take and how many HOURS would it take to comb millions of rabbits for their hair? This may be something that a "fancier" would do for their friends and/or family (oddly enough), but it is a mistake to believe that the rabbits are simply combed for their fur. There sure are a lot of furs around for such a time consuming project, indeed!

The idyllic picture that has been painted of a loving human combing the hair gently out of a rabbit for no other reason but that it will be used for a piece of clothing is just naive.

I wonder.. what do you suppose happens to all the millions of rabbits after they are no longer "needed"? ... Read more
